Brand & Social Media Manager

Job Description

Enablers People Management is hiring a Brand & Social Media Manager to lead marketing presence, shape brand voice, and drive commercial performance across all digital channels on behalf of our client (Fast-growing cosmetics brand).

Reporting directly to the Founder, this role translates brand vision into high-impact campaigns and directly manages the in-house Content Creator & Video Editor as well as external creative freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Brand Voice & Copywriting: Own the brand's tone, aesthetic, and visual identity. Write all social captions, launch messaging, storytelling hooks, and promotional copy.

• Social Media Operations: Develop quarterly strategies and monthly content calendars. Oversee end-to-end planning, publishing, community engagement, and Instagram Stories for Instagram and TikTok.

• Campaign & Product Launches: Design full 360° launch plans for new products—from teasers to tutorials and post-launch follow-ups. Coordinate promotional offers, bundles, and marketing briefs aligned with inventory.

• Influencer Marketing & PR: Source, negotiate with, and brief beauty influencers, makeup artists, and UGC creators. Oversee product seeding, PR gifting, and event coordination.

• Team Leadership: Direct the weekly priorities, shot lists, and daily deliverables of the in-house video creator. Review edits, manage revisions, and ensure final quality control before publication.

• Commercial Performance: Analyze engagement, video completion, reach, and marketing-attributed sales. Deliver monthly performance reports with commercial recommendations and collaborate on paid ad creatives.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5+ years managing social media and digital content, specifically within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or lifestyle D2C space.

• Copywriting: Standout portfolio demonstrating compelling, high-converting copy and short-form video scripting.

• Creative Management: Proven track record directing, briefing, and reviewing the work of videographers, video editors, and freelancers.

• Influencer & PR Knowledge: Demonstrated experience running beauty influencer outreach, seeding campaigns, and rate negotiations.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of how organic content impacts web traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.

• Independence: High ownership and problem-solving skills; capable of operating proactively in an agile, founder-led environment.
