Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and mature our clients enterprise security strategy across a large, complex organization. This role will combine technical leadership with governance, risk, and compliance oversight, ensuring our security posture supports business growth, resilience, and regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise information security strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
  
• Lead security governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response activities
  
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to embed security into decision-making.
  
• Oversee security architecture, controls, and technology capabilities across the enterprise.
  
• Manage security teams, external partners, and key security programs in a large-scale environment.
  
• Communicate security risks and priorities clearly to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  

Required Experience

• Proven experience operating as a CISO or equivalent senior security leader within a large, complex organisation.
  
• Strong blend of technical security expertise and governance/risk leadership.
  
• Demonstrated success in building and leading enterprise-wide security programs.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
