Our client is a technology partner and they currently have an opening for a Sales Operations Executive in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain CRM data accuracy and user access
Generate daily and monthly sales reports and dashboards
Track key metrics like quota attainment and pipeline velocity
Streamline order fulfillment and quote-to-cash processes
Train sales reps on internal software and operational workflows
Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing and finance
Coordination liaising with OEM and monitoring the OEM porter
Logging of orders on OEM porters and tracking ETAs
Maintaining a healthy pricelist and stock tracking
Tracking of partners debt profile and reaching out for recovery

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Experience in sales support or operations
Strong command of CRM software (e.g. D365)
Excellent spreadsheet and data analysis abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Total team player
