Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) Specialist with strong hands-on experience in BRM development, customization, billing, payments, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in C/C++ custom opcode development, PDC/Pricing, Pipeline Rating, and end-to-end billing processes.
Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle BRM Policy Opcodes / Facilities Modules (FMs) using C/C++.
  
• Customize Data Managers (DMs) and develop high-performance MTAs.
  
• Configure and support billing, rating, invoicing, payments, collections, and GL processes.
  
• Manage subscription lifecycle including activation, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, and proration.
  
• Integrate BRM with payment gateways, CRM, and ERP systems.
  
• Configure PDC/Pricing Center, charge offers, discounts, and pricing models.
  
• Troubleshoot billing, rating, payment, and financial discrepancies.
  
• Support BRM utilities and financial reconciliation processes.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle BRM experience.
  
• Strong C/C++ experience with custom Policy Opcode / FM development.
  
• Experience with Oracle PDC / Pricing Center and Pipeline Rating.
  
• Strong knowledge of Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Collections, and GL.
  
• Strong SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database skills.
  
• Experience with BRM utilities.
  
• Experience integrating BRM with external systems using REST APIs, Web Services, JCA, or SOA.
  
• Strong debugging skills, including C-code, flists, rating, and billing issues.
  
• Proficiency in Java and Shell scripting.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle BRM 15 / Cloud Native / Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, CyberSource, or Adyen.
  
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Agile/Scrum experience.
  
• Background in Telecom, FinTech, SaaS, or Media.
