What We're Looking For:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Assist with underwriting tasks by reviewing applications, verifying information and documents, and ensuring requirements are complete and accurate.
Prioritize and route customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly update customer profiles and track interactions.
Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality and attention to detail.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer information across various systems, including CRM and other internal databases.
Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.
