We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer specializing in End-User Computing (EUC) to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, endpoint management, and desktop virtualization, with a proven ability to support the successful delivery of complex IT projects.

💼 Role: Senior Project Engineer – EUC

What You'll Do:

🔧Support Project Delivery– Collaborate with Technical Leads, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to deliver projects according to approved scopes, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

🖥️Implement EUC Solutions– Deploy, configure, and optimize Windows 10/11 environments, Microsoft Intune, MECM, MDT, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management solutions.

☁️Manage Modern Workplace Technologies– Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Enterprise Mobility and Security, desktop virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments.

🔐Strengthen Security and Compliance– Implement endpoint security configurations, security hardening, and compliance controls aligned with Essential Eight, CIS Benchmarks, and Microsoft best practices.

🧪Conduct Technical Implementations– Execute technical changes, migrations, testing, proof-of-concept initiatives, and pilot deployments.

📄Prepare Technical Documentation– Develop as-built documentation, implementation plans, test plans, and handover documentation to ensure smooth transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

🤝Coordinate with Stakeholders and Vendors– Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology vendors to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project execution.

📊Manage Multiple Projects– Support several projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines, and achieving performance targets.

What We're Looking For:

✅At least 10 years of ICT experience, including a minimum of 3 years working in a service provider environment and 5 years of hands-on technical implementation experience in relevant technology areas.

✅ Strong expertise inEnd-User Computing (EUC), Microsoft Endpoint Manager, MECM, Microsoft Intune, MDT, Windows Autopilot, and desktop virtualization.

✅ Hands-on experience deploying and managing Windows 10/11 operating system images, applications, updates, and endpoint configurations.

✅ Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace solutions, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and mobile device management for iOS and Android.

✅ Experience with Microsoft 365 information protection, compliance management, endpoint security, and security benchmark hardening.

✅ Familiarity with Windows Server, hybrid cloud, networking fundamentals, ITIL processes, and technical requirements gathering and solution design.

✅ Exposure to enterprise technology vendors and platforms such as Microsoft, Apple, Dell, HP, AWS, VMware, Citrix, Cisco, HPE, and Google Cloud.

✅ Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

✅ Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver technical solutions in high-pressure environments while maintaining client confidentiality and professional standards.

Nice to Have:

🌟 Current technical certifications from Microsoft or other relevant technology vendors.

🌟 Experience working with enterprise clients and delivering complex infrastructure or Modern Workplace projects.
