Job Description

We are hiring qualified Food Technology Specialists for an international job opportunity in Germany within the meat processing industry. Candidates with vocational training in food technology, food production, or related fields and a good understanding of industrial food processing operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and machinery in the meat processing industry.
  

• Ensure compliance with specified recipes, production procedures, and process parameters.
  

• Monitor and maintain product quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  

• Conduct Critical Control Point (CCP) checks after appropriate training.
  

• Monitor and adjust production parameters, particularly temperature, processing time, and flow rates.
  

• Maintain accurate documentation of production processes and activities.
  

• Record and update production-related information in the ERP system.
  

• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of food safety standards.
  

• Follow food safety regulations, hygiene guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Food Technology Specialist or an equivalent qualification.
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Food Technology Specialist
  
• Good command of spoken and written German.
  
• Technical understanding of production equipment and processes.
  
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene standards.
  
• Willingness to maintain documentation and work with an ERP system.
