Production In Charge

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production In Charge in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet assigned production targets.
  

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned work.
  

• Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and other production resources.
  

• Monitor product quality during production and support corrective actions when required.
  

• Maintain production records and prepare daily production reports.
  

• Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and process issues and support improvements.
  

• Ensure employees follow established production procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments for smooth production operations.
  

Required Skills

1. Production Planning — Ability to organize daily production activities based on targets and available resources.
   

2. Production Monitoring — Ability to track output, delays, and production performance.
   

3. Quality Control Awareness — Understanding of basic manufacturing quality requirements and defect prevention.
   

4. Manpower Coordination — Ability to allocate and coordinate shop-floor manpower effectively.
   

5. Production Reporting — Ability to maintain accurate production records and report operational performance.
   

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
  

• Familiarity with production ERP/MIS systems.
  

• Knowledge of workplace safety and manufacturing SOPs.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations. Experience coordinating shop-floor production, manpower, quality, and daily output would be relevant to this position.
