SAP ABAP HANA DEVELOPER

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP HANA Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust custom solutions within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in ABAP and HANA technologies to drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration across various SAP modules. This position demands a professional who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and deliver high-quality code that aligns with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, reports, and interfaces using advanced ABAP techniques, including Object-Oriented programming and SAP HANA-specific optimizations.
  
• Create and maintain complex forms using Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAPscript to meet diverse business reporting needs.
  
• Execute the full lifecycle of change management, including the analysis, implementation, and testing of Change Requests and Transition Projects.
  
• Manage Transport Requests effectively using Solution Manager (SolMan) to ensure smooth deployment across development, quality, and production environments.
  
• Perform comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve critical system issues and implement permanent fixes.
  
• Apply SAP Notes to address known defects and enhance system stability.
  
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and communicate project status.
  
• Administer and debug SAP Workflow processes to ensure efficient business process automation.
  
• Integrate and support cross-module functionalities related to SAP MM, FI, and SD to ensure cohesive system operations.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on professional experience in SAP ABAP development within the IT Services sector.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SAP ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, and SAP ABAP HANA development.
  
• Form Development: Proven expertise in Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and SAPscript.
  
• System Administration: Experience with Transport Requests via Solution Manager and SAP Notes implementation.
  
• Workflow Expertise: Solid background in SAP Workflow Administration and debugging.
  
• Module Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP MM, FI, and SD modules to facilitate cross-functional integrations.
  
• Soft Skills: Excellent client interaction capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform effective Root Cause Analysis.
  
• Compensation: Salary range of ₹8-10 LPA.
