We are hiring an HR Account Manager to manage client accounts, manpower outsourcing, and HR services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and identify workforce requirements.
Coordinate onboarding, payroll, operations, and invoicing activities.
Conduct client meetings and prepare proposals, pricing, reports, and service agreements.
Track deployments, contract renewals, and service delivery.
Resolve client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company and UAE labour requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in account management, recruitment, outsourcing, or HR services.
UAE experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and client-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with CRM/MS Office.
