Dental Hygienist – Full-Time Direct Hire – Charlotte Metro

Registered Dental Hygienist — Charlotte, North Carolina

Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding metro — Matthews, Mint Hill, Concord, Gastonia, Huntersville, Monroe,
Kannapolis, and Mooresville
Direct Hire — permanent position. You are hired directly by the practice.

We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a permanent, direct-hire position in the Charlotte area. This is an
opportunity to join an established practice with a stable patient base.

What We Are Looking For:
Active North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist license issued by the NC State Board of Dental Examiners
Current CPR/BLS certification
Local anesthesia certification a plus
New graduates from accredited North Carolina programs are welcome to apply

In This Role, You Will:
• Provide preventive dental care and periodontal therapy
• Take and review radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Document treatment and maintain accurate patient records
• Work alongside a collaborative clinical team
