What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners through face-to-face outreach and canvassing.
• Introduce Royal Seamless and explain the benefits of our home improvement services.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and identify customer needs.
• Present solutions and help turn conversations into sales.
• Follow up with prospects and guide customers through the buying process.
• Manage your daily schedule, territory, and customer interactions.
• Track your outreach and sales activity to stay on top of your goals.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and a mobile device with cellular data.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and handling rejection.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active throughout the day.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work toward performance goals.
