About the Role:
Join Gig4U’s Internal Team as a Recruitment Executive and be the link between freelancers, part-timers, and top client projects. You’ll handle bulk/volume hiring/ Blue collar hiring for internal business requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions using various job portals and recruitment channels.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bulk and volume hiring for internal requirements
  
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth follow-up with candidates
  
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
  
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (bulk/volume hiring preferred)
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Apna,Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
  
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  
• Graduate in any discipline
  
• Good personality and presentable appearance
  
• Ready to work from the office
