Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in government-sector electrical projects, tenders, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities with government institutions and ESCOMs.
  

• Lead preparation and submission of electrical tenders.
  

• Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
  

• Track government tenders, policies, projects, and market opportunities.
  

• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams for tender submissions.
  

• Support business development and project acquisition activities.
  

• Manage client relationships and follow up on opportunities.
  

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in business development related to electrical projects.
  

• Experience handling government institutions/ESCOMs and electrical tenders.
  

• Strong understanding of government tendering processes.
  

• Established network with relevant government/ESCOM stakeholders is preferred.
  

• Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
  

• Good English communication skills.
  

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
