Job Description:

We are hiring International Recruiters for our Hyderabad office. MBA Freshers are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for handling international recruitment requirements and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk hiring for international recruitment requirements
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding
  
• Communicate with global candidates and employers
  
• Maintain candidate and employer records using CRM tools
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring processes
  
• Stay updated on visa processes, migration policies, and global hiring trends
  

Salary: 35000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• Minimum 6months of work experience as a Recruiter
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
