  • Specification Validation: perform specialized coating tests mandated by client specifications to verify structural and protective integrity.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: generate detailed, accurate reports on daily observations, test results and construction milestones to ensure full project transparency.
Stakeholder Management & Technical Change Management

  • Action Close-out: track open actions arising from technical changes and ensure they are closed out on time, escalating overdue or at-risk actions to the Lead Quality Engineer.

Quality Observation Reporting (PQOR)
  • Raise Observations: raise Project Quality Observation Reports (PQORs) for observed quality issues, deviations, near-misses and improvement opportunities at the work-front.
  • Follow-through: follow through on PQORs, monitoring assigned actions and verifying that observations are effectively addressed.
  • Timely Closure: ensure PQORs are closed out within agreed timeframes and share recurring themes and trends with the Lead Quality Engineer and the Project Quality Delivery Team.
