Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst
Job Location: Charlotte NC (3 Days onsite, 2 Days Remote) Hybrid role
Job Type:12+ Months contract
Pay Range: $50/hr on W2
Profile Types We Are Searching For:

• We are looking for Business Analysts with a Technical Degree that have experience dealing with a lot of Data.
  
• The hiring manager wants candidates that have been with a company more than 3 years and have experience working with complex systems (talks to 5 systems at least)
  
• Mentioned that people who have worked at AT&T have worked well in their group due to order management experience
  

Project Details:

• This resource will be working on an order management system on the Merchant Services Onboarding team
  

Must Haves / Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in standing up a website with at least 20 pages with capability for user enrollment, eligibility check and login or other functionality that require multiple complex API integrations
  
• 3+ years of experience with API calls
  
• Adobe Experience Manager
  
• 2+ years of experience with Agile and story writing
  
• 5+ years of experience in IT/Software Development
  
• 2+ years of experience in Data Mapping for API
  
• 5+ years of experience working with complex systems
  

Skills / Experience That Are A Plus
“nice to have”, but not necessarily required:

• Jira
  
• Banking/Financial Services experience
  
• Previous Bank of America experience
  
• Experience working with Order Management systems
  

Interview Process / Who Is Involved?

• First round is a 1 hour video with HM and then she'll give a requirement and candidate will have to send her a story
  
• Second round is a 30-minute interview with leads.
