Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Painters / Spray Painters from India with an NTC/ITI qualification in Painter (General) for employment with an automotive supplier in Germany. The selected candidates will work in the industrial coating of high-value plastic and composite (CFRP/carbon) components used in the automotive industry. Candidates with practical experience in spray painting, surface preparation, masking, polishing, and finishing of components are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare plastic and composite/carbon components for painting.
  
• Carry out manual sanding and surface preparation.
  
• Perform masking of components before painting.
  
• Prepare, set up, and clean components using appropriate chemical solutions.
  
• Carry out manual spray painting using a spray gun.
  
• Paint plastic and composite/CFRP components according to required quality standards.
  
• Perform polishing and finishing of painted components.
  
• Follow workplace safety, quality, and production procedures.
  
• Perform other general support duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical spray painting/spray gun experience is desirable.
  
• Experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, plastic component painting, or composite/CFRP painting will be an advantage.
  
• Candidates with strong hands-on painting skills and relevant ITI/NTC training may also be considered.
  

Qualification:

• NTC / ITI – Painter (General) qualification.
  
• Qualification should preferably be issued under NCVT / DGT.
  
• Candidates with relevant vocational training in industrial painting/coating technology may also be considered.
