Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to support mission-critical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection and reporting efforts.

The individual will conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other specialized OSINT tools, research and analyze foreign-language open sources, identify relevant information and patterns, and support intelligence requirements. This role will also develop collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), contribute to analytic production, and provide language-based insights to support mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools to research foreign-language sources and support intelligence requirements.

Develop OSINT collection plans based on established intelligence requirements and mission objectives.

Research, analyze, and evaluate information from foreign-language open sources.

Draft and produce Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence reporting products.

Support OSINT analytic production through targeted research, collection, analysis, and reporting.

Participate in OSIR quality reviews by providing language expertise, contextual information, and relevant insights.

Apply foreign-language expertise to identify, interpret, translate, and contextualize information relevant to intelligence requirements.

Ensure collection and reporting activities comply with applicable Defense Intelligence requirements, standards, and procedures.

Collaborate with intelligence analysts, collectors, linguists, and other mission personnel.

Maintain awareness of relevant foreign-language information, sources, and emerging intelligence requirements.

Produce clear, accurate, and timely intelligence products in accordance with mission and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a polygraph.

Intelligence Community (IC) experience is required.

Minimum 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with relevant experience within the last two years.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university.

Demonstrated experience conducting foreign-language OSINT research and collection.

Language-enabled in one or more required languages, such as Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or another customer-required language.

Ability to obtain and maintain ILR or DLPT language certification within 12 months, as required.

Ability to meet applicable language proficiency requirements, typically 2/2/1 for mid-level and 3/3/2 for senior-level positions, based on applicable ILR/DLPT standards.

English proficiency of at least ILR Level 3+ in reading and listening and ILR Level 3 or higher in writing.

Non-native English speakers may be required to successfully complete an English competency assessment, such as the TOEFL, as applicable.

Strong research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.

Experience using MAS or other specialized OSINT collection and research platforms.

Experience supporting federal defense, intelligence, or national security missions.

Ideal Background

Candidates may come from organizations providing federal language, intelligence, OSINT, translation, interpretation, or national-security mission support, including companies with established DoD or Intelligence Community programs.

Relevant backgrounds may include experience with organizations such as federal language-service contractors, intelligence support contractors, defense linguist programs, and government mission-support organizations.
