Willis Infiniti is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team in Des Moines, Iowa.

We're seeking a technician with strong diagnostic skills who can independently identify, troubleshoot, and repair complex vehicle concerns. The ideal candidate knows how to diagnose problems accurately before replacing parts and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Infiniti vehicles.
  

• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension, steering, brake, and drivability concerns.
  

• Identify the root cause of vehicle problems before beginning repairs.
  

• Perform customer-pay and warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  

• Use factory diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and technical service information.
  

• Complete multi-point inspections and document diagnostic findings.
  

• Maintain productivity while delivering accurate, high-quality repairs.
  

• Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors and management.
  

• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer repair standards.
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong A-Level diagnostic and repair experience required.
  

• Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience preferred.
  

• Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns.
  

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
  

• Knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic equipment.
  

• Infiniti, Nissan, or luxury import experience preferred.
  

• ASE certifications preferred; Infiniti/Nissan factory certifications are a plus.
  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
