Job Responsibilities:

Set up and lead livestream operations to establish a strong digital sales channel.
Develop and execute livestream strategies to maximize audience engagement and sales conversion.
Recruit, manage, and collaborate with influencers/KOLs to promote merchandise effectively.
Plan and oversee merchandise promotion campaigns tailored to the Malaysian market.
Monitor performance metrics (viewership, conversion rates, GMV) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to align livestream initiatives with overall business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in livestream management, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
Strong network and ability to identify, recruit, and manage influencers/KOLs.
Excellent understanding of consumer trends in Malaysia, particularly FMCG, supplements, and lifestyle products.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to build and scale teams.
Creative mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
