Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Psychology Mentor & Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Mentor to support students in their academic and personal development within an international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor students in Psychology and Theory of Knowledge (TOK).
  
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions that promote critical thinking and inquiry.
  
• Guide students in research, analysis, reflection, and academic writing.
  
• Support students with projects, assessments, and presentations.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Encourage independent learning, open discussion, and intellectual curiosity.
  
• Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to support student development.
  

Candidate Profile

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant subject with B.Ed.
  
• 2–5 years of relevant teaching/mentoring experience.
  
• Experience with IB/International curriculum and TOK will be preferred.
  
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
  
• Strong understanding of critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
  

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
