Position Overview

We are hiring Sales Representatives focused on Personal Lines (P&C) insurance, including:

• Auto
• Homeowners
• Renters
• Umbrella policies

This role is designed for:

• Licensed P&C agents, and
• Strong sales professionals who are willing to get licensed (we support you through the process)

If you can sell and communicate effectively, we can help you become licensed and succeed.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Engage inbound and outbound prospects
• Provide quotes and present coverage options
• Educate clients on policy features, pricing, and protection levels
• Close new business and bind policies

Consultative Selling

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Build trust through clear, honest communication
• Deliver a simple, streamlined buying experience

Pipeline & Retention

• Manage leads and follow up consistently
• Maintain relationships for renewals and referrals
• Build a long-term book of business

Licensing Opportunity (For Unlicensed Candidates)

• We are open to hiring unlicensed candidates with strong sales ability
• Support and guidance provided through the P&C licensing process
• Must be willing to complete licensing within a defined timeframe

What We’re Looking For

Preferred (but not required)

• Active P&C License
• Insurance or inside sales experience

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure
