The family is looking for someone who can provide hands-on, one-on-one learning, support his speech development, assist with potty training, and create fun educational and sensory activities. Their 8-month-old daughter is an easygoing and happy baby who loves to talk, explore, and eat. She would thrive with a warm, expressive caregiver who enjoys reading, singing, and engaging in age-appropriate play.

The nanny will take the children on outings such as library story time, parks, and museums, provide lunch and snacks, support nap routines, and encourage outdoor play. Light housekeeping related to the children, including tidying, children's laundry, kitchen cleanup, and restocking supplies, is appreciated when time allows. The ideal candidate is proactive, nurturing, communicative, and confident managing the day independently.
