We're recruiting for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant to join one of Dubai's fastest-growing and most dynamic real estate agencies. Based in the heart of the city's luxury property market, this is an exciting opportunity to join a British-owned and led business with a proven track record of developing high-performing consultants. Whether you're an experienced UK estate agent looking to relocate or a successful sales professional seeking a rewarding career in luxury real estate, this role offers exceptional earning potential, full training, and genuine opportunities for career progression. As a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant, you will: - Generate and convert new business opportunities from an established client database - Carry out property valuations and provide expert market advice - Arrange and conduct viewings across Dubai's luxury property market - Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers through to successful completion - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process - Follow up on viewings and manage your sales pipeline effectively - Work closely with internal marketing teams to promote property listings - Stay up to date with Dubai property market trends and regulations - Liaise with mortgage brokers, banks, surveyors, and other industry professionals to progress transactions - Consistently work towards ambitious sales targets in a high-performance environment What's on Offer? - Realistic on-target earnings of £120,000+ with uncapped commission - Tax-free earnings in the UAE - Medical insurance - Monthly and annual performance incentives - Team bonuses - Luxury rewards, including restaurant vouchers and Rolex incentives - Full training and ongoing support - Hot desk with access to qualified opportunities - Clear career progression within a rapidly growing brokerage - Opportunity to work in one of the world's most lucrative luxury property markets
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets - Estate agent or property sales experience is advantageous but not essential - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Professional, confident, and well-presented - Strong networking and relationship-building abilities - Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven - Comfortable generating new business and making outbound sales calls - Flexible approach to working hours to accommodate client appointments - Valid passport - Willingness to relocate to Dubai - Full driving licence (UK or international equivalent preferred) - Approximately £15,000 available to support the relocation and visa process
