General Laborer

Location: Bay Minette, AL
Schedule: Full-Time

We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking General Laborers for an outdoor position in Bay Minette, AL. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working outside in various weather conditions.

Job Duties

• Perform general outdoor labor and physical tasks
  
• Lift, carry, move, and handle heavy materials
  
• Load, unload, stack, and organize materials as needed
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
  
• Follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
  
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• Must live in Bay Minette, AL, or the immediate area
  
• Must be comfortable performing heavy lifting and physical labor
  
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
  
• Must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled
  
• Must be able to follow instructions and work safely
  
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
