AI Research & Technical Publications Consultant (Must be a Software graduaate with six months to 1 year of experienec)

We are looking for an AI Research & Technical Publications Consultant with a strong interest in AI, CRM, automation, and emerging enterprise technologies.

The role focuses on researching new technologies, identifying practical business applications, and producing high-quality technical and thought-leadership content.

Key Responsibilities
• Research emerging AI technologies, models, tools, and industry developments.
• Explore AI applications across CRM, sales, service, marketing, and business operations.
• Develop research papers, technical articles, use cases, case studies, and technology blogs.
• Research new capabilities across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, and other AI/CRM ecosystems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document real-world solutions and implementations.
• Identify opportunities to publish Unboxx research across relevant technology platforms.

Human-Led Content Requirement — Minimum 75%


All research and publications must be human-led and demonstrate at least 75% humanwritten content based on the content evaluation standards/tools adopted by the Company.

AI tools may be used to support research, brainstorming, editing, and validation, but the final publication must reflect original human research, analysis, expertise, and writing rather than primarily AI-generated content.

Ideal Candidate
• Background in Technology, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with technical research, academic/industry papers, or technology publications.
• Strong technical writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, CRM, and automation.
• Ability to consistently produce content meeting the 75%+ human-written requirement.

Bonus: Previous published research papers, technical articles, or AI-related publications.
