Change Management Analyst/ Specialist

Our client, a top healthcare company, seeks a Change Management Analyst / Specialist, who can support change management, communications, training, and business readiness activities across a high-visibility program. This role will have a strong focus on execution, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a 6-month contractual position, with the potential of an extension based on the Program's needs. Candidates must be located in the EST or CT time zone and be willing to work EST hours.

Job Requirements:
  • Support communications planning, development, distribution, and tracking.
  • Coordinate communication reviews, approvals, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate OCM (Organizational Change Management), communications, and training meetings.
  • Support role mapping activities and related documentation.
  • Manage and maintain Change, Training, and broader OCM SharePoint sites.
  • Coordinate user lists, distribution lists, and stakeholder contact lists.
  • Track OCM action items, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Work with business teams to identify SOPs impacted by the project.
  • Identify and track process owners responsible for updating SOPs.
  • Monitor progress of SOP updates and approvals.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational SOPs required for go-live and are completed on time.
  • Escalate risks and gaps that could impact business readiness.

Requirements

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple work-streams, action items, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites and managing distribution/stakeholder contact lists.
  • Ability to track risks, dependencies, and readiness activities related to SOPs, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort coordinating across business and project teams.
  • Ability to work EST hours.

Preferred Qualifications.
  • Experience drafting communications and stakeholder messaging.
  • Experience creating video storyboards and scripts.
  • Basic video production/editing skills to support awareness, adoption, and training campaigns.
  • Experience with SharePoint content development and maintenance.
