Arborist Foreman

We're looking for a professional tree industry production foreman with experience leading teams and an expert in tree climbing safety to join our ever-growing company. The right candidate must have the ambition to make a positive difference for our customers, their trees, and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled tree maintenance, pruning, and removals on residential and commercial properties using standard climbing techniques and/or bucket trucks.
  
• Conduct daily inspections for the safety of all climbing equipment, safety gear, vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  
• Perform work that may require the use of hand tools, power tools, and climbing gear.
  
• Load and unload company equipment into vehicles.
  
• Safely operate company vehicles and issued equipment.
  
• Complete daily work orders to meet company expectations.
  
• Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, managers, and clients.
  

Requirements

• Be proficient in all aspects of ANSI Standards for tree care. From fine pruning to technical removals.
  
• Know your trees and know your craft.
  
• ISA Certification is Mandatory
  
• Safety minded and safety first, always.
  
• Have knowledge in estimating job duration and flow.
  
• Be customer focused with a keen insight into fostering client and team relationships.
  
• Have team management experience
