As a Management Trainee, you'll meet with clients, assess their insurance needs, and deliver customized life and supplemental health coverage solutions. You'll build lasting relationships, grow your own book of business, and advance your career within a supportive, growth-focused organization.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients in person to discuss insurance and benefit options
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life and supplemental health coverage
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage client information and follow-up using company CRM systems
• Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development programs
• Grow a personal book of business through referrals and networking

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Ability to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (training provided)
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
