Join us as a Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in connecting talented candidates with career opportunities while supporting the hiring needs of Singapore-based clients.

You’ll be involved throughout the recruitment process, from identifying and engaging candidates to managing interviews, stakeholder communication, and candidate relationships. Develop your recruitment and business skills in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment where your performance is recognized and rewarded.

📍 Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

Your Role:

🔎 Find and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.

🤝 Build and maintain a strong network of candidates across different roles.

💬 Work closely with Singapore-based consultants to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements.

📄 Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.

📅 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

📢 Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

💻 Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS.

❤️ Build meaningful candidate relationships and deliver a positive recruitment experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

✅ HR or HR internship experience is a plus

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Team player with the ability to work independently

✅ Driven, proactive, and comfortable working towards KPIs

✅ Motivated by performance-based rewards
