What you will be doing:

• Lead and scale the overall implementation strategy across six core work streams.
  
• Provide high-level operational support and direction to ensure cross-functional work streams remain aligned and integrated.
  
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies across delivery tracks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  
• Maintain momentum across projects, stepping in to guide execution while leveraging support from leadership as required.
  
• Interface effectively with senior executives, stakeholders, and client leadership.
  
• Drive senior-level project steering meetings, providing clear, transparent reporting on progress, risks, and key performance milestones.
  
• Serve as the primary accountability anchor, ensuring all stream leads deliver against established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  
• Apply deep Agile project management practices to foster continuous delivery and adaptive planning.
  
• Empower and support team leads while holding them accountable for performance outputs and deliverables.
  
• Cultivate a results-oriented, highly collaborative environment across technical and business work streams.
  

What our client is looking for:

• Proven track record as a Programme Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Delivery Manager overseeing multi-stream enterprise implementations.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing complex portfolios with multiple parallel work streams.
  
• Deep mastery of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and delivery practices.
  
• Proven experience engaging, negotiating, and reporting at the executive / C-suite level.
  
• Highly articulate with outstanding stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems/processes and run with them independently.
  
• Strong leadership character with the ability to hold teams accountable in a constructive, delivery-focused manner.
  
• Energetic, resilient, and adaptable leadership style.
