Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

Job Location: Suva / Lautoka, Fiji
Employment Contract: 3 Years
Working Hours: 48 Hours per Week
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager with strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and supermarket sales operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing sales activities, coordinating deliveries, developing marketing strategies, generating new business opportunities and supporting smooth market operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure orders from supermarkets, non-deal customers and roadside shops are picked and processed on time.
  
• Prepare and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  
• Identify and prospect new local and export customers.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  
• Prepare market reports and provide relevant information to Operations Managers and Directors.
  
• Assist management in making business and operational decisions.
  
• Allocate duties to junior staff and ensure smooth day-to-day market operations.
  
• Develop and implement internal checks and controls for the sales team.
  
• Monitor sales activities and support achievement of business targets.
  
• Maintain vehicle servicing and maintenance records.
  
• Work independently and ensure assigned responsibilities are completed efficiently.
  

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Sales, Marketing or a relevant field.
Age: 30 to 40 years.
Gender: Male.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager.
Good knowledge of the FMCG industry and supermarket operations.
Strong sales, marketing and customer relationship management skills.
Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate junior staff.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Good English and Hindi speaking and listening skills.
