Marketing Manager

Fireblaze Technologies is an AI-driven edtech company based in Nagpur offering industry-focused training programs in Data Science, Full Stack Development, and AI/ML. We operate across three branches and are scaling our student enrollment to achieve aggressive growth targets.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate qualified leads for our programs
  
• Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Academics) to promote our course offerings
  
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative digital marketing strategies
  
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns and provide monthly ROI reports
  
• Manage ad spend across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels (₹2,00,000–4,00,000/month budget)
  
• Optimize conversion funnel from leads to office visits to enrollments
  
• Mentor and manage social media and content team members
  

Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  
• 3+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in lead generation or performance marketing
  
• Proven track record generating leads for B2C or educational programs
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
  
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs
  

Preferred Qualifiations

• Experience in edtech, online learning, or student recruitment
  
• Familiarity with CRM systems
  
• Experience with content creation and copywriting
  
• Knowledge of SEO and email marketing
