DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Professional who is passionate about personal growth, effective communication, and helping others recognize and develop their potential.

This remote, contract-based role is suited to professionals with experience in leadership, coaching, mentoring, education, consulting, or people development who are looking for a flexible way to apply their skills in a different professional setting.

The role involves engaging in structured one-to-one conversations, connecting with individuals interested in leadership and personal development, sharing information about established personal development programs, and providing professional follow-up.

You will work independently using established systems while participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Background in leadership, coaching, mentoring, education, consulting, training, or people development
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to build rapport and conduct professional one-to-one conversations
  
• Strong interpersonal and active-listening skills
  
• Interest in leadership development and personal growth
  
• Comfortable guiding conversations and providing professional follow-up
  
• Self-directed with strong time-management and organizational skills
  
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Comfortable learning and following established systems and processes
  
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
  
• Comfortable working within a contract-based, performance-driven structure
