Inspection: Inspect welding, piping, and mechanical installations.
Material Verification: Check materials, consumables, and welding electrodes against approved specifications.
Testing: Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, and NDT tests.
Documentation: Maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and compliance records.
NCR Handling: Identify non‑conformances and report corrective actions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure inspections are conducted safely and in line with HSE standards.

Requirements

Qualifications

B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
Minimum 12-15 years of exp. in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers industry in Quality control & Assurance (5-7 year GCC Exp is must).
Experienced in managing a team of QC Engineers & Inspectors.
Shutdown/Turnarounds experience is an added advantage.
Experienced in Field installation of Piping, Structural Steel, Tanks Welding.

Mandatory certifications:

CSWIP 3.2.2 /EWE/IWE, IRCA ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
