Role Overview

As an Entry Level Appointment Setter at Prime Motors LLC, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers walking into our dealership. Your primary mission is to engage with these walk-in clients, understand their needs, and expertly guide them towards the next step in their vehicle purchase journey. You'll work hand-in-hand with our sales floor team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every visitor. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with Walk-In Customers: Enthusiastically greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
• Identify Needs: Actively listen to customers to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and needs.
• Provide Initial Information: Share basic product knowledge and answer initial questions about our inventory.
• Qualify Interest: Determine the customer's readiness to move forward in the sales process.
• Set Appointments: Schedule follow-up appointments for our experienced sales closers to meet with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with sales consultants and management to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Maintain Showroom Presentation: Contribute to keeping the sales floor tidy and inviting.

Compensation

This role offers a compelling commission-only structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn substantial income based on your performance. With a strong work ethic and dedication, you can expect to earn between $30,000 and $125,000 annually.
