PostEx is Hiring | Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with expertise in payables and invoice processing, preferably within the logistics industry.

Requirements:

B.Com or BBA in Accounting & Finance

Experience in payables and invoice processing

Logistics/cargo/fleet industry experience will be preferred

Strong reconciliation and analytical skills

Good knowledge of Excel and accounting processes

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and process cargo and fleet invoices

Reconcile vendor invoices with fleet records and payment details

Identify discrepancies, control gaps, and process inefficiencies

Support monthly trip-wise and shipment-wise analysis

Support monthly accounts related to cargo and fleet payables

Conduct branch visits to identify process gaps and recommend improvements

Support process training and other tasks assigned by the manager
