Key Responsibilities

• Use digital marketing and social media to promote leadership programs and personal development events.
  
• Create and share promotional content using established resources and guidelines.
  
• Respond to enquiries and connect with interested prospects through phone and online conversations.
  
• Understand prospects’ interests and goals, share program information and explain available options.
  
• Follow a structured sales and follow-up process.
  
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and communications.
  
• Participate in ongoing marketing, sales and leadership training.
  
• Manage your schedule and daily activities independently.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of professional work experience.
  
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.
  
• Experience in sales, marketing, account management or client service is helpful.
  
• An interest in leadership education and personal development.
  
• Confidence speaking with prospective clients and following up professionally.
  
• Willingness to learn digital marketing methods and use established systems.
  
• Good organisation and the initiative to work independently.
  
• A reliable internet connection, computer and phone.
  
• Comfort with a performance-based income structure without a fixed salary.
