JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Eligible required
  
• Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
  
• Experience: Minimum some experience; no new graduates
  
• Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Epic)
  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
  
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, with a focus on preventive care and patient education.
  
• Address mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral health issues, within a primary care setting.
  
• Perform routine physical exams, health screenings, and minor procedures as needed.
  
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
