We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, business development, client relationships, training activities, recruitment/manpower services, and coordination with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations and administration

Develop new business opportunities and client relationships

Coordinate training programs, instructors, trainees, and certification activities

Support recruitment and manpower projects

Manage vendors, partners, consultants, and third-party providers

Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports

Support marketing, content, and development of new services

Lead and supervise administrative and operational team

Coordinate with international offices and management

Identify market opportunities and support U.S. business expansion
