HR Recruitment Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and hiring skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/ATS
  
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details
  
• Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities
  
• Maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements
  
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, interview-to-selection ratio, and joining ratio
  
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
