Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings
Taking care of travel and hotel booking
Handle confidential documents and communications efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Handling mail and chat of MD
Oversee administrative tasks and support day-to-day operations.
Manage Special Projects as per organizations growth vision and needs

Requirements

Graduate
Experience Required - 4+ years
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
