Requirements

MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD Pediatrics or DCH)
Valid and active medical license to practice in India, along with registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting
Proven experience in managing common pediatric illnesses, neonatal care, and developmental assessments
Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation tools
Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to healthcare regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment
Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency pediatric care as required
