SunSoftOnline is hiring a Student Services Technician for Rio Salado Community College's Student Engagement and Recruitment Team (SERT), supporting the college's enrollment goals through December 2026.

The work (from the posting): 90%, provides admissions and enrollment support of dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) using the Student Information System; working with the director, site coordinators, and success coaches; admission and registration is primarily in-person at partnering high schools across the valley during the school day (school hours ~7-4, travel between sites required). 10%, Early College support including outreach and customer service by text, phone, or email.

Must have: 1+ year working in secondary or higher education · demonstrated experience working with students · customer service experience with technology · nice to have: experience using a student information system.
