Freelance UI/UX Designer
This is an hourly-based freelance position.
Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital product, web, and mobile app design projects.
Payment Structure: Hourly-based payments - The UI/UX Designer will be compensated on an hourly basis for work completed on both FyerX's internal digital initiatives and external client projects. Competitive hourly rates aligned with industry standards and experience level.
Work Arrangement: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing strategists, and clients to translate complex user requirements and business objectives into seamless digital experiences.
  
• Develop, adhere to, and maintain comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and style guides for FyerX and various clients, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  
• Prepare user journeys and rough layouts, present creative UX concepts to stakeholders, and effectively incorporate feedback and usability testing data to refine designs.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, emerging design methodologies, micro-interactions, and digital platforms to provide innovative product solutions.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual interface execution for complex web and mobile platforms.
  
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX tools, particularly Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, alongside a solid understanding of handoff processes for development teams.
  
• Excellent visual communication skills; strong understanding of layout principles, information architecture, responsive design grids, typography, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
  
• Strategic thinking and user empathy; ability to take a product brief from basic concept to a polished, functional prototype while ensuring it aligns perfectly with user needs and brand goals.
  
• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple design pipelines simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote engineering and marketing teams.
