JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER – LONDON HQ As Junior Graphic Designer, you will support the day-to-day delivery of creative and design activity across our hotel group, helping bring our brands to life across digital, social, print, and on-property experiences. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand visual assets across multiple touchpoints, from social media content and digital campaigns to hotel collateral, presentations, signage, and marketing materials. You’ll help ensure our creative output is consistent, distinctive, and aligned with our evolving brand identities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer with a strong eye for design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling, who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience working across multiple brands and creative projects, while learning how design can shape both guest experience and brand perception. This role is based five days a week in our London Bridge Head Office. THE STAGE IS SET The stage is set for something different. We don’t run conventional hotels; we build places with character and intent. What began as a small UK aparthotel portfolio has grown into a European collection recognised for design and atmosphere - and we’re now entering a new chapter. As we redefine the brand and evolve our identity, we’re focused on creating spaces that feel compelling, contemporary, and truly distinctive. Locke leads with bold expression; Cove by Locke refines that same spirit into a quieter, more streamlined approach. Guests come to rest, work, or escape. Comfort is a given - great beds, hot showers, genuine service. But we aim to create moments that feel memorable and a little unexpected, bringing back the sense of mood hospitality often lost. This is our backdrop. We’re on an exciting journey step on stage and play your part. THE WORK IN YOUR HANDS Support the development of creative assets across our hotel brands, ensuring work is aligned with brand guidelines and visual identities. Design digital and print materials across a range of formats, including brochures, menus, signage, and in-hotel collateral. Adapt existing creative assets for different channels, formats, markets, and audiences. Work from creative briefs and contribute ideas that help bring campaigns, promotions, events, and brand initiatives to life. Support the creation of visual concepts, layouts, graphics, and other creative treatments from initial idea through to final artwork. Assist with photography selection, image editing, retouching, and basic asset management where required. Prepare artwork for both digital and print applications, ensuring files are correctly formatted and production-ready. Assist with the organisation and maintenance of creative assets, templates, imagery, and brand materials. Support the review and proofing process, checking creative work carefully for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative output. Naturally this is not intended as an exhaustive list of duties. Other duties as reasonably required will form part of this job description. THE FIRE YOU CARRY A strong eye for composition, typography, colour and visual detail. Creative, curious and willing to experiment with ideas. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing polished work. Good understanding of design principles and visual communication. Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple pieces of work. Open to feedback, with a genuine desire to learn and develop. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and respond to a creative brief. An interest in hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, interiors, culture or other creative industries is a plus. YOUR PROVEN TRACK Experience with the Adobe software: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro A degree, qualification or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration or a related creative discipline is desirable. A portfolio demonstrating your creativity, design thinking and range of work is essential. Previous professional design experience is advantageous but not essential. WHAT WE LOOK FOR We’re here to rethink what a modern lifestyle hotel can be. That takes pace, creativity, and people who enjoy working with purpose. If you’re comfortable with change, motivated by ideas, and focused on crafting meaningful guest experiences, you’ll do well here. We value individuals who can hold a vision, appreciate atmosphere, and want their work to have impact.
