Client: Financial Services

Location: Plano, TX – Hybrid 1–2 days/week
Radius: Candidate must live within 60 miles of Plano, TX

Bill Rate: $55/hr c2c, $50 on w2 hourly, $105K fulltime salary with benefits.

Work Hours: Normal business hours

Must-Haves

• Hands-on programming experience with a modern programming language.
  
• Platform Engineering / DevOps experience.
  
• Experience building automation solutions, reusable components, APIs, SDKs, shared services, or self-service platforms.
  
• AWS / cloud-native engineering experience.
  
• CI/CD, infrastructure automation, monitoring and observability.
  
• Exposure to AI-assisted engineering, AI agents, LLM workflows, RAG/MCP, or related AI tooling.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC automation and developer productivity.
  

AI / Modern Engineering Focus

Candidates should ideally have exposure to:

• AI agents and agent orchestration
  
• LLMs, prompt/context engineering
  
• RAG and MCP integrations
  
• GitHub Copilot, AWS Bedrock, AWS Kiro
  
• AI-enabled automation and autonomous workflows
  

Critical Submission Requirement

Candidate must have at least ONE of these certifications, and a copy must be submitted:

1. AWS Cloud Practitioner
   
2. Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
   
3. Google Cloud Digital Leader
   

Ideal Candidate

A 7+ year Platform/DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on coding and cloud experience who has built automation, CI/CD, reusable platform components, and self-service developer tools, with some exposure to AI/LLM/agent-based engineering.
