Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided!

📍Location:Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur

What you'll be doing:

🔎 Source and connect with potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms. 🤝 Build relationships with candidates and grow your talent pipeline. 💬 Work with Singapore-based consultants to understand clients’ hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles. 📄 Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings. 📅 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients. 📢 Keep candidates updated and engaged throughout the recruitment process. 💻 Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in our ATS. ❤️ Ensure candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout their recruitment journey.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Any Bachelor’s degree

✅ HR or HR internship experience is a plus

✅ Good communication and people skills

✅ Team player who can also work independently

✅ Positive, driven, and results-oriented mindset

✅ Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance-based rewards
