About Bradcare
Bradcare has been supporting people and families in our local community since 2005. Our focus is simple – helping people live safely, independently and comfortably in their own homes.
We’re looking for an organised, caring and confident Care Quality & Operations Coordinator to join our friendly office team.
This is a varied role where you’ll help keep our care services running smoothly while making sure our service users receive the best possible support.
What you'll be doing
Working alongside our Care Operations Coordinator and management team, you'll help with:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our care services
- Speaking with carers, service users, families and professionals
- Creating and updating person-centred care plans
- Supporting medication records and checks
- Working with GPs, nurses, social workers and other professionals
- Identifying and raising safeguarding or care concerns
- Carrying out planned visits to service users' homes
- Supporting quality checks, audits and investigations
- Helping new carers get set up with ID badges, PPE and uniforms
- Supporting the wider team with general coordination and administration
Experience with PASS, Nourish or similar care systems is helpful, but training and support will be provided where needed.
What we're looking for
You'll ideally have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in care, health or social care
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- A good understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using electronic care records
- A calm, professional approach when things get busy
- A genuine interest in supporting people and working as part of a team
Experience in care planning, medication records, quality assurance or care coordination would be a bonus, but we're more interested in finding the right person and a great fit for the team.
Out-of-hours support
There is no automatic requirement to join the out-of-hours on-call rota. This is optional and may be offered by invitation depending on business needs and suitability.
Why join Bradcare?
You'll be joining a team that genuinely cares about the people we support. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, helping others and wants to develop their career in care coordination, quality and operations.
Interested? We'd love to hear from you!
